This place was phenomenal! The pizza was easily the best we had on our entire trip. They use a yeast preparation for their dough and let it rise for 48hrs, which is a traditional Pisan way of making pizza that few places still use. The cocktails are also delicious. Highly recommend the negroni. They make it with artisanal gin and vermouth made in Pisa. Finally, the person running the place was so friendly and quick. Me and my girlfriend had just arrived in Pisa and were looking for cheap and accessible food. We stumbled upon this place and were met with excellent service. I really enjoyed my Italian sausage pizza however my girlfriend did not like the sausage, to each their own I suppose. We for aperols also which were good.
