Baribaldi Pisa — Restaurant in Pisa

My girlfriend & I found Baribaldi via TripAdvisor & ended up visiting most evenings as their Pornocello (with extra cherries on request) is delicious.

We tried several other cocktails during our 10 day holiday, but although they were all nice, none were as good as this Pornocello, which was fruity & quite sweet, which I loved.

The owners were always very friendly, although only he spoke English, but he always gave me extra cherries when he knew I liked them!

You can sit & people-watch whilst enjoying your drinks. You also always get a complementary board of cheese/meat/savories on your table to enjoy for free.

Honestly the best bar that we visited in Pisa. The drinks were delicious and you could really tell that the bartender knows what to do. The best Aperol Spritz that I ever had. The prices are not too high especially compared to the quality of the drinks and the service you get. You also get small Charcuterie board for free with your order which is really nice and doesn't happen often in Pisa. Although I was the only one who ordered a Sangria, which was excellent by the way, the rest of the family bought ice cream next door, we were all welcomed at their table.
