I was really disappointed with my meal here. I ordered a pizza (mainly because I’d already had pasta for lunch), but it arrived cold. I sent it back, and although it came out slightly warmer, it was still cool — the cheese wasn’t even melted (I assume it’s supposed to be?!). My husband had pasta, which he said was good (hence the two stars), and we shared the calamari / prawn starter. The starter was fine, though a bit plain and lacking flavor. As we were leaving, I noticed other pizzas coming out that looked much better than mine, so perhaps I was just unlucky. When we arrived, the restaurant was noticeably quiet while others nearby were quite busy — maybe that should’ve been a sign. I took the pizza home, it might be ok cold or I could reheat it so it wasn’t a total waste of money!

The chef combines traditional Italian kitchen with an international experience, trust me, whatever you will find on your plate will not only be delicious but also positively surprising! On top of that you will be served by a professional sommelier who would perfectly match the wine to your food. Need more?? Everything is gluten free!! Try it yourself!! I highly recommend

We are on a round trip in the Toscane. During our hunt for nice exclusive restaurants we found D’Era Bistrot. What a great find. Lovely place with ver great service. The food was generally good. The attention and care was simply outstanding. We spend almost three hours in D’Era with much pleasure. Definitely a must go if you are around. René and Menekşe.

Wow. This place is amazing from start to finish. We were greeted with free prosecco and a special tuscan appertizer. After that we had the best gluten free bread i have ever tasted, and i have eaten gluten free for 10 years! When the food arrived, we couldnt belive how good the homemade pasta was. On top of all of this, we had a super lovely waiter, a lovely lady that made sure off all our needs. This place is worth a trip to Pistoia alone, and i will probably come back just for the pasta.

Amazing food and super friendly service! Highly recommend! We had a great great time! Thank you!

The food was super tasty, unique and beautifully presented! Everything arrived pretty fast.

We were a big family with two babies. The waitress was so baby-oriented and so friendly- asking which spoon to bring to my baby and which cup! (I wish I would have asked for her name)

Also the baby changing table in the toilet is the best I've ever seen in a restaurant! :)
