Osteria Fratelli — Restaurant in Pistoia

Ieri sera eravamo un gruppo di ragazzi (25 persone) con prenotazione alle 21.30 e menu fisso con antipasto e giro pizza. Siamo entrati alle 22.15 con 45 minuti di ritardo, l'antipasto è arrivato 30 minuti dopo. Il pane, un cestino ogni 4, richiesto, perché era finito, ma non ne avevano più...quindi ci hanno portato delle schiacciatine fatte sul momento(buonissime), ma 20 minuti dopo e avevamo già finito l'affettato... Il bello arriva con le pizze, giro pizza. In un ristorante qualunque chiedono che gusti preferisce il cliente...qui no, hanno portato quello che gli pareva, 5 portate da 5 pizze ciascuno, 3 portate di pizza tutte bianche, forse avevano finito anche il pomodoro...e due portate di schiacciate, sono avanzate la metà del totale, perché non piacevano a tutti e l'altra meta l'abbiamo mangiata anche per fame...ovviamente a metà portate abbiamo chiesto se era possibile cambiare gusti, ma ci hanno detto di no. Ci hanno detto che se si voleva altri gusti, finito le 5 portate ci potevano portare altri gusti. Ci anno portato SOLO UNA PIZZA "MARGHERITA" che abbiamo mangiato un 3 persone su 25. Quindi abbiamo chiesto altre pizze e ci hanno risposto, di sì, vanno in cucina, tornano e magicamente la cucina era chiusa... Morale della favola, siamo usciti di lì a mezzanotte e mezzo abbiamo pagato 35 euro con caffe e bevute comprese. Questa era la 3 volta in questo ristorante e le altre due volte non furono da meno, ritardo, incomprensioni e alla fine non ti dicono nulla, anche perché si provassero a dire "ci scusiamo stasera abbiamo avuto dei problemi", perché a regola li...

One of the best dinner of our 2 weeks trip in North Italy! We had a pizza and the eggplant, the crust of the pizza is very pleasant, light and crusty, the ingredients were very tasty. The eggplant is of very subtil taste.

We also had pie and tiramisu for desert, sweet and reconforting as a caress!

Edit: PS: To the young staff waiting tables, don’t stress to much (first days?), you are doing a great job and your pleasant attitude is...

We had a great meal of pizza and pasta sitting outside on the quiet square.

The staff were super helpful, the menu was alternative (although they were very happy to bend the menu and satisfy our fussy needs).

The base was a mixed grain and made one of the better pizzas we've all had.

The owner was on site and was helpful and charming ensuring we had a great time.

It felt like very personal service at...
