Osteria del Can Bianco — Restaurant in Pistoia

I checked the ranking of this restaurant and decided to go. I liked how clean everything was. the interior design was tasteful and the usage of colors made it cozy. the staff were very polite and friendly. I had a nice Prosecco and then Fegate (crostini toscani). they weren’t as yummy as I expected they would be. I’ve had better but they were good. my main course was tagliata. to me it seemed less cooked than “medium” but I didn’t ask them to cook more again because I wanted to give it a try. the quality of the meat was really good and fortunately no veins. but it was too chewy for my liking. that’s why my jaws were really tired when I finished! but I liked the taste I also expected more from the roasted potatoes. they were ok. We spotted this Osteria while walking and thought it looked good! We went in, the waiter was super nice, and the food delicious! The service was fast also. We stopped here on our way to Lucca, what a lovely surprise. Everything about the place is great. The menu is small in keeping with the desire to keep things fresh.
