Crema Caffè — Restaurant in Polignano a Mare

We sat down for a crema caffè (without wipped cream on top). It was good, however they charged us 2.5€ each when the price on the menu was 2€. And as if it wasn't enough they added an extra 20% to the bill because we sat on one of the tables outside on a rainy day. Are you guys joking? This is utterly ridiculous, unfair and unethical behaviour by some Italians that think it's smart to rip off tourists. Luckily, platforms like Maps exist to tell other tourists about the theft attempts from the owners of this place. Il tutto per guadagnare 2 euro in più, che figura che ci fate? You should avoid this place!! Upon arrival, the staff was very rude! The waitress especially! She forgot to bring coffee 3 times, she didn't apologize once, she was even rude! We ordered 3 waters, we received only one with a rude tone "here you go"! Maybe this kind of behavior would have been reasonable if they were busy, but it was just us and one other table. We had lunch here the place was not too busy , we had to wait 20 minutes to get served and 20 minutes for the salads and drinks to arrive The staff seemed so disorganized and very distracted When the food came eventually it was good. The bill had a 20% service charge which was a joke we have eaten in many cafes / restaurants but this has to be one of the worst for service, get new staff and the place may redeem itself but for now stay away, .
