Came here after reading all the great reviews but we had a bad experience. We both ordered avocado toast and it arrived rotten. I couldn’t believe the chef would actually serve up avocado of such bad quality to a customer. We decided to send it back and leave as it put us off eating there. We went to pay for our drinks and the staff said they were making a new one for us (we weren’t told this until we went to leave) and we said we didn’t want to eat there any more and that we just wanted to pay for our drinks and leave. Esperienza disastrosa e assolutamente inaccettabile al ristorante "Da Luciano la Puglia dentro". Siamo andati in 4 persone e quello che doveva essere una cena si è trasformato in un incubo. Abbiamo ordinato un fritto di pesce e quattro primi, tra cui due piatti del mese: trofie con pistacchio e gamberi. Le trofie erano assolutamente immangiabili, talmente salate da risultare insopportabili. Lo abbiamo subito fatto presente e, incredibilmente, non abbiamo ricevuto neanche un minimo accenno di scuse. Nessuna offerta di rifare il piatto, niente. I piatti ci sono stati tirati via senza la minima attenzione o rispetto. Gli altri piatti, pur mediocri, erano mangiabili, ma il vero scandalo è arrivato al momento del conto: le trofie, che non avevamo mangiato, ci sono state addebitate lo stesso! Questo è inaccettabile e contrario alle norme che tutelano i consumatori. Anche se sul momento non abbiamo contestato formalmente, intendiamo presentare un reclamo e far valere i nostri diritti. In base al Codice del Consumo (D. Lgs. 206/2005), il consumatore ha diritto a ricevere servizi adeguati e a pagare solo per ciò che è stato effettivamente consumato in modo soddisfacente. Procederemo quindi a denunciare questo comportamento per truffa e abuso, poiché pagare per un piatto immangiabile, che non è stato nemmeno rifatto, rappresenta una violazione evidente dei nostri diritti come consumatori. Per concludere, la dipendente si è limitata a dirci che dovevamo pagare perché "non era sua responsabilità" e che il titolare non era presente. Falso!Il titolare era ben presente e ci era stato consigliato come un "eccellente chef". Di eccellenza non abbiamo visto nulla, né in cucina né nel comportamento. Ci siamo sentiti truffati, trattati senza rispetto e con totale indifferenza. Invito chiunque a stare alla larga da questo locale. Non si tratta solo di cibo mediocre, ma di scarsa professionalità e mancanza di etica. Sconsigliato al 100%!

We are a family of 4 and we ended up visiting "Da Luciano" twice on the same day. First we arrived at the beautiful city and needed a coffee, som beverages and some sweets. We were welcomed by a very nice staff and charmed by their professionalism and delicious selections. After a few hours in the city, we needed some lunch. We came back and were met with the long list of choices, and everything to each and everyones taste. We are happy to come back should we ever visit Pugliano again.
