L'Antico Moro — Restaurant in Rapallo

Wow what can I say.. Tried to order, most of the menu was not available, waitress was very rude etc. This happens sometimes but then this happened.. we did not get the food the waitress told us we would get. Then we told them we did not like the food, and 5 people stormed out of the restaurant!! They screamed at us, made fun of us and started throwing with the food. Then one of them said 'im sorry you dont have to pay'. So we walked away and 1 minute later other people from the restaurant came running after us. They intimidated us and said they would call the police, apparently the other guy was not allowed to tell us we didnt have to pay. They kept threatening us and we decided to pay for a part of the meal as we were tired of the big drama. Then worst of all they told us the name of the restaurant was 'Rapala' as they knew we would give a 1 star review. Of course this is not the name of the restaurant and they lied. I have never experienced this before. Disgusting fried food, horrible kitchen and the worse service I have ever experienced. Dont go here or they might call the...

This was the worst dining experience of our holiday.

It took 30 minutes for us to receive the menu after they sat us down. Once we wanted to order food the waitor said he cannot take food orders.

Once the food arrived, the pistachio crust tuna steak did not have any pistachio and was served with frozen vegetables. The pasta is also not homemade and tastes like bought from the grocery store.

The worst part is they forgot the food of one person in our group which we had to chase 2 different waiters for. The missing food arrived 40 minutes later during which all the rest of us had already finished eating so my friend had to eat the food all alone.

The toilet door is also broken in half so you cannot close the door from the inside. You need someone to come push the toilet door to close from the outside and the bathroom has no light.

This is worst place never been I was witness one of the poor guy waiter the manager she was bullying in front of us the poor guy was very kindly and doing his the best we he served us we call to give him some tips the manager she running and shouted him ,screaming him and she take away the money we had heart broken for that guy Iam so sorry for him it was my holiday 2022 please don’t spent your money places like that food was missing 2 order our my friends then after 40 minutes they were got when we finished my 2 of friends they eat alone bathroom was broken the door water tap they charge us 6€ I also suddenly seen the cooker was smoking in the food while he was cooking cigarettes 🚬 the waiters they take their hand the food no gloves this is was really disgusting am sorry to say that please don’t spent...
