All my respect for the kitchen staff and the tasty food. We ve been to that place twice ( 1 weekday and in the weekend ) trust us the service was subpar on both days. First you can stand at the door, 3 waiters look you in the eye and look away, never acknowledges you or ask you if you need a table. The last one asked us if we had a reservation and we said no. He mumbled some words in italian then another guy led us to a table. Second., The first time we went there we only got 2 drinks and 2 appetizers as we weren’t hungry at all. The waiter asked us angrily THAT’S IT????, shook his head, mumbled some words in italian and walked away. Third ,They can leave you for hours if you didn’t stop them to ask for an item or service or even order. I understand they are busy, overworked but being rude to us is not accepted, a fake smile would have been enough for me not to write that review!!! specially the grumpiness we got from the waiters was unbearable.

Our lunch experience at this charming restaurant in Rome was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm ambiance to the impeccable service, every aspect exceeded our expectations. The menu, boasting a selection of traditional Roman dishes, showcased the culinary mastery of the kitchen. The pasta dishes were a true highlight, with each bite delivering an exquisite blend of flavors that transported us to the heart of Roman gastronomy. The attention to detail in every dish was evident, making it a delightful journey through the rich tapestry of Italian flavors. With a warm and inviting atmosphere, coupled with outstanding food, this restaurant undoubtedly deserves a 5-star rating. A must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic and memorable Roman dining experience.

We stayed next door and stopped here for dinner. The service, food and ambience was great. Some of you from America will understand what im talking about when i say its hard to find really good food here. We search high and low to find good reviews so we can experience Italy. Well this place might not be it but I definitely enjoyed what I ate here. I had the beef and it was so good, it was like soul food for me after eating at many places to only end up with mediocre food, this place gave me hope. Beef was cooked perfect. Clams for appetizer was delicious and i recommend. The tiramisu in glass was a must try.

We ordered the Carbonara, grilled squid, and mixed salad. I have to say, the squid really impressed me. They use smaller squid instead of the regular size, which makes the texture much softer. You can still feel a slight resistance when chewing, but it's much easier to bite through compared to larger squid. The seasoning is spot on—light, but it perfectly highlights the fresh seafood flavor of the squid. You can also choose your dressing for the salad (of course salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar), which was incredibly fresh as well. Overall, we were very satisfied with the meal.

We dined in two nights in a row because our first experience was phenomenal. We shared several dishes including the zucchini flower, Nonna’s pasta, and the salmon crusted with pistachio. The second night I enjoyed the potato and zucchini cupcake and the spaghetti with sea bass. We sat outside both nights. The small section along the street away from the entrance was busy with traffic and not as enjoyable as the second night when we were closer to the door. We enjoyed the house red wine the first night and house white the second. Both were great. Not too heavy but flavourful.

Don’t get there !!!!!!! On 18 November 2024 we came to 3 Quarti Restaurant, after we see the menu we want to start with drinks The waiter asked us if we wanted to eat, we answered him in English that we wanted to start drinking and then order food at that moment he pointed to the cafe across the street and directed us to go there, in other words he drove us away. It should be noted that he was rude and disrespectful. I will not go back there and I will not recommend to all my friends just not to come to this restaurant.
