The cacio e pepe was more cacio e sal than pepe. But maybe it was saltier because of how cold it was when it got to us? Took longer to take our order than to cook and eat it but I would say that's more due to there being one man doing everything from bar to waiting to bussing for the restaurant and then again for all of the hotel room service. (In favor of the hotel they have been lovely and incredibly accommodating (i know hotels and their restaurants can be separate so i don't want to unintentionally throw the hotel under the bus)).
