Bar Ludovisi — Restaurant in Rome

We we're told by our concierge that this bar would be able to provide us with a ticket for the metro. When the guy behind the counter finally looked up from his phone, we asked for 2 tickets. He told us very rudely that he doesn't have tickets for the metro, and his demeanour felt very threatening to me and my wife. I asked the concierge when we got back and was told categorically he was lying, all shops with the T sign sell the tickets. To prove this point we went back the next day, and with another cashier they said they were able to sell us tickets. These guys just looked down on us because we we're tourists, horrible little angry man. Avoid this place...

It is highly NOT recommended this bar. It is a real catastrophe! Service - total zero. Prices are not the same as they are on the showcase on the bar. For example, the price of sandwich is 3 EUR, but in the check - 5 EUR; coffee on the bar - 1,5 EUR, but in the check - 4 EUR. The personnel say that this is a "service fee", because you seat inside the bar. But they DON'T say about this anything beforehand! Service fee is from 70 to 100%...

If you are a tourist avoid this place, they have two price lists one for the locals and one for tourists. The prices for tourists are 3 times more expensive. They hang the tourist price list hidden on a wall so if you complain they refer you to that price list. Shame!! There are a Million other descent honest coffee...
