Caffè Cestia PLOOM STORE — Restaurant in Rome

Typical Italian waitress; I said to waitress that i am gonna sitting inside, she make a code yes. After 10 minutes, she said that I have to take my ginseng in the bar table. Of course i am not gonna go to table bar, because in the beginning i said i will sitting inside. If i have to take it by myself why she didnt say to me from the very beginning??! I am waiting more 5 minutes and decided to go ask her. In the table bar there is a guy, I dont know who is he, and he just said she cant speak English. I just said why she didnt bring the ginseng to my table? If she cant speak English, why in the very beginning when i said to her that I am gonna sitting inside she made a code yes?? Really bad attitude like any other typical Italian waitress/waiter. Awake up! Do you think do you will make rest of your life as a waitress? In the small bar??...

Personale inesperto e maleducato, sono allergica al latte chiedo ancora prima di fare la fila se hanno i cornetti vegani e mi dicono che li hanno solo con la marmellata arrivata a più di mezzo cornetto mi accorgo che la marmellata non c'è e che quindi quello che ho appena mangiato non è un cornetto vegano lo faccio presente alle ragazze che si giustificano dicendomi che può succedere le prego di fare più attenzione perché non è un gioco vendere un cornetto x un altro quando sono stata molto chiara sul fatto dell allergia prima ancora di pagarlo e mi viene risposto che vabbè dai non era successo niente alla fine non stavo così tanto male....non ho parole ho solo un referto...

Petit déjeuner rapide. L'équipe est très sympathique. Nous avions déjà pris un café il y a trois ou quatre ans avec une amie, une contesse romaine assez décalée... avec laquelle nous partagions le goût des lieux simples et vrais. Mais nous avons cru par la suite qu'il s'agissait d'un bar pour touristes. Nous nous sommes trompés. Le bar est celui des vrais gens du coin. Nous l'avons découvert un peu tard. Dommage, mais la prochaine fois, s'il tient toujours ses promesses et prouesses, nous en ferons un de nos QG....
