A Hidden Gem with Outstanding Service and Atmosphere

My partner and I stumbled upon this place, tucked away in a relatively dark and non-touristy part of town — and what a gem it turned out to be! This newly opened restaurant is beautifully designed, cozy yet stylish, and the atmosphere is simply perfect.

But the true highlight? The service, which is beyond exceptional. Our charming waiter gently persuaded me to skip the multiple dishes I initially wanted and instead go for a curated antipasti tasting menu — and it was absolutely the right call. That course became the star of the meal and a real standout moment.

From the house breads, possibly the best we’ve ever had, to the palate openers and antipasti, everything was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The pastas were very good, and the dessert rounded out the evening beautifully.

If I had to be critical, I’d say the food, while delicious, didn’t blow us away or feel groundbreaking — hence a 4/5 on the food. But service, ambiance, and overall experience? A solid 5/5 across the board.

This restaurant was absolutely lovely! My colleagues and I enjoyed a full spread of courses- seasonal produce, super-fresh fish, AMAZING pasta, a fantastic duck dish (my boss’s fav!).

My favorite was the tagliolini alle vongole. The pasta was cooked perfectly, the clams were tender, and the bottarga they added elevated this classic dish without it feeling over-thought.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant today! The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. Our whole family loved it—we finished everything on our plates and left completely full. The atmosphere was also wonderful.

What really stood out was the waiter’s attention to detail. He carefully explained every dish to us, and even noticed that we were planning to share appetizers. They kindly adjusted the fried fish into three pieces so it was easier for us to share. Every dish felt fresh and new to me, and I truly enjoyed it.
