EXPIRED TIRAMISU FROM THE MICROWAVE! DO NOT RECOMMEND! DON’T COME!!!

If you are looking for a frozen tiramisu which is already expired, and where owner tells you that he will microwave it 😳 then you are in the right place! The worst experience ever! Have you ever heard about the tiramisu from the microwave? 🤦🏼‍♀️ Well, you can try it here! 🤢

After, I denied to eat frozen and expired tiramisu and returned it back, and took another pastry, in stead of apologizing and offering something for such an embarrassment to serve your client/guest with the expired product which I even had to taste first 🤢What did they do? Well, they charged me both that expired tiramisu which I didn’t eat and a pastry! People without any sense of dignity, any respect for their clients and themselves and their work at the first place! Discussing feeling after visiting that place!

People which are desperate to get money from the clients even in such a discussing way! Shame on you!

If I could gave them 0 star then I would do it, as they do not deserve even a 1...

Capuccino was good. Wait was longer than usual which was ok for me as it probably meant they were maklng my food all fresh and warm. Yet, when I got the egg omelette, it was extremely cold. Waitress said she would microwave it for me. The cheese and ham inside the folded omelette must have been taken out of the fridge and inserted last minute, as if as an “afterthought.” You could tell the cheese had never melted in the first place which to me reinforced my belief they were added last minute. The potatoe/carrot medley served alongside the omelette was tasty but also very cold. And when I say cold, I mean “fridge cold.” But once warmed, the food was very tasty. The price was reasonable. 9 euros for cappuccino, egg omelette...

We were coming there to store the luggage, but then we were taking it and we have decided to have some food. Lunch was formally over but guys still had some stuff. We took some meat balls with pasta and sandwich. Food was really bad. I mean service is fine, cafe looks nice, luggage storage service was good, coffee was good. But they need to do something with the person or company who is making food for them....
