Cugino — Restaurant in Rome

I celebrated my birthday at Сugino bar and Elio restaurant, and I was absolutely delighted! I want to share my impressions.

The food was simply amazing – each dish had an exquisite taste and beautiful presentation. You can see that the chefs approach their work with soul and imagination. The cocktails were also a pleasant surprise – you could feel that the bartenders are true professionals who know a lot about quality drinks. Everything was prepared at the highest level.

Special thanks to the waiter – he was incredibly welcoming, attentive, friendly, cheerful, and responsive. Thanks to him, the evening became even more pleasant and memorable. I want to personally thank the staff: Mustafa, Fabrizia, Gabriele, and Desiree – you made my holiday unforgettable!

The atmosphere in the establishment is very intimate and cozy, conducive to pleasant conversation and relaxation. Overall, Cugino and Elio is a great place to which you want to return. I recommend it to everyone who appreciates delicious food, excellent drinks, and a high level of service!

Cugino and Elio are both restaurants inside the Hoxton that serves breakfast and lunch and turns into a bar at night.

You do not have to be a guest of the hotel to experience the amazing food, modern and chick atmosphere of this place.

I went here for brucnh with my friend. We ordered a burger, a pesto tomato pasta, and a roasted cabbage on the side. The burger was surprisingly good. Gourmet style. The cheese complements well with the smoky patty, soft and golden toasted bun

Cugino is the restaurant in Hotel Hoxon. The common areas including the restaurant have a savvy vibe with subdued, groove music that fits the setting well. The decor and tables feel well spaced. I had a cheese omelette with bacon on the side and sourdough toast. The bacon was very brittle and super salty. I love salt but his was at my limit, but I enjoyed it. My wife had yogurt with fruit that she enjoyed but she said she wished the yogurt would have some sweetness to it. My toast came with jam (and a half stick of butter). She added some of the jam to her yogurt. She was delighted with the result. We both had lattes that were very good. We were very pleased with our meals. This is a great place for breakfast.
