I was staying at an Airbnb place near Piazza Navona and my host suggested me to have dinner at this place. I was not disappointed at all.
We loved our Pasta and Pizza. I had a pasta with Pesto suace and a white sauce. You must try the house wine here. Myself and my family are vegetarian so I cannot comment on the meat based dishes. Also try the house wine which is very reasonably priced. This place had the best Creme Caramel I have ever had in my life.
This place is filled with local. Moreover, this places has been in business for 70 years now. In a restaurant business, that is unlikely.

It appears they also have local patronage, not just tourists. We had pizza margherira, melanzane alla parmigiana, a 3/4 liter of white table wine and a bottle of water, all for 30 Euros.
