I don't know why my comments got removed, but to prove that I actually had lunch there. This time I will post my picture. In short, NEVER VISIT THIS RESTAURANT if you don't want to risk yourself for trying bad food as well as wasting your valuable time. Service is bad, food is not tasty at all and most importantly, the time for having the food delivered takes forever. I am dare to say that this is the worst dining experiences that I had in Italy. Me and my boyfriend found this restaurant that day, we both agreed to try because their menu seems appealing. A waiter led us to the table, everything seems fine so far. However, once we placed our order, the NIGHTMARE began. Even we first got our drink immediately, now I look back, all just a trap because then, you will expect that the food comes very soon. (but to be honest, you always expect food from restaurant served within a reasonable time) After the drink, we started talking and wait, and wait, and wait...at the end took more than 1.5 hours to get our appetizer, for the main dish we waited for 2 hours just to get tasteless lasagna. Disgusting and disappointed!! During the 2 hours of long waiting, we observed that not just us, the other customers (more than 20 tables there) have got no food at all on their plate. People were just endlessly waiting once they being "tricked" to dine there. Maybe a few lucky people got a pizza but that's all. It's absurd that the couple sitting next to us, they ordered even earlier but waited for hours just to get a plate of cold cut. YES!! Hours of preparation time is required for their chef to slide the cheese and meat, RIDICULOUS! Clearly, the kitchen couldn't handle that much orders from customer in one time, I understand the pressure but what's wrong here is their attitude and way of scamming. Their waiter never bother to answer you once you made your first order, whenever you waved at them they will only ignored and pretended that as if they have seen no one. Instead of helping the customer and faster the delivery time, what they chose to do is to recruit more customer than they can. They kept setting up tables and chairs extending to the pedestrian. We saw that they invite group of tourist, and for those who sit by the street, they will serve them food first even other customers like us ordered first. In that case, people who passed by will think that they serve food quick and they can have more $$. This made me very angry as their EXTREMELY SLOW food serving speed had ruined my travelling schedule. We waited so long that we missed our booking with the Colosseo. If you asked me why we didn't cancel our order and just leave. We did, but the waitress kept saying " the food is coming, almost done" and rejected us. All in all, DON'T GO THERE!

이곳에 절대 절대 가지마세요 The restaurant changed its name to forno de legna I guess why- Dishonesty. Simply The worst food ive ever had I ordered t bone steak and octopus salad and oysters And the food simply dont look like same food on the menu AT ALL (and any other tbone steak Ive ever had.) The manager or owner said t bone steaks ALWAYS weight over 1kg- and that's kind of norm(?) and their policy- and Id never heard of it before I ordered And the restaurant served me 1.1kg meat (maybe bigger cuz I asked them why it's so huge before eating) I am not meat lover so that I CLEARLY ASKED for steak just for one person. Again- FOR ONE PERSON. So CLEARLY. Funny thing is the other customer (btw he is white man and i am not) got exactly what I expected!!! The manager talked to me like I don't know about t bone steak..LIKE TBONES ARE USUALLY THAT HUGE(he said mimum of t bone is 1kg) ALL THE TIMES- thats so rude. U think non Europeans are the dumb about steak? Ok- here is chatgpt's answer for t bone steaks weight - typically 10-16 ounces The guy in the charg(so sad that I can't remember your name, but i remember you are a bald head) said he's not a thief but I think you are Be a man, man. You are an italian man, right? But you are ruining image of your country severely which other good Italians have made so far so hard

Tables sat after us were served before us. Took over 15 minutes from ordering to get our drinks (Cola in a bottle and orange juice) whereas those seated after us already were being served food. Bruschetta with tomatoes was rock hard; I hurt my teeth and was unable to bite through at all. Luckily they took it off the bill. My boyfriend's steak was good and so were my fries, at least. Server cleared our table while I was still trying to eat my fries, and he knocked over an olive oil bottle; luckily I just got a few drops on my dress but I was left hungry as he walked away with an almost full plate I was actively eating from. I tried to reach after the plate so I could keep it, but he immediately turned around and told my boyfriend to follow him to go pay. When we were leaving and told the host (guy smiling in the picture) that the service today was very bad, he told us "Bye bye" with a shoo-ing motion and kept raising his voice to drown us out as I tried to point to the oil on my dress. I get it's a tourist trap, but that is probably why they have less than 4 stars when most other places are above 4 stars. Worst service out of the entire trip.

This has to be the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in Italy. Bad food, waiters that don't answer to the customer, and most importantly the speed of delivering the dishes was extremely SLOW! Let me share my honest review, that day me and my boyfriend picked this restaurant because we both thought that the menu looks appealing, they set us a table and seemed like the services was normal. Until... we placed the order, our nightmare began. We waited for minutes...hours, at the end more than 1.5hours for an appetizer. Really?! it's just some simple tomato on toast took more than an hour to serve? Even more ridiculous was that the table next to us, there was a couple having their their lunch too, and it took even longer time for them to get a cold cut plate!! COME ON! 2 hours of cold cut's preparation time, UNBELIEVABLE!!! What causes the chef to spend 2 hours to cut the meat and serve it. It sounds crazy but I am not joking, from our observation, there were more than 20 tables of customer sitting with us. While within an hour of long waiting time, no one has received any food on their plate. For one second I thought that I entered the wrong place, am I still sitting in a restaurant? I won't lie, only 2-3 tables successfully got a pizza, while the others were just endlessly waiting for decades to have a bite of food. What made me even more angry was that when you waved your hands and trying to get some help, they completely ignored you and just passed through as if they couldn't spot anything. No service at all! As you can tell from their delivery speed that the kitchen cannot handle that much order, they continued setting up more tables and chairs and extended to the street walking area just to have more tourist $$$. What an awful attitude! We also saw that once they have successfully recruited more group tourists who all sitting by the street, they tended to serve them dishes before all other customers who have already ordered an hour ago, just to show to people that they provided food. What a fake and hell cycle. At the end, after 2hours, our food finally all here, and because of this, our schedule got completely ruined and we were rejected from visiting the Colosseum, I regretted so much for eating at this restaurant. Don't ask me why I didn't cancelled my order and just leave, I've tried and got rejected, claiming that " the food is coming!! almost done!" And IF, i say IF their food weren't tasted that bad (oily bread, tasteless lasagna), maybe I wouldn't be this mad. But anyway, just NOT RECOMMEND anyone...

BU KONUDA DA MAALESEF REHBERE BİLE GÜVENEMEYECEKSEK, YAZIK... The waiters and Owner Albanian, our tour guide Izzy from Kappa tour recommend this restaurant to us and he also ate there as well. Waiter came to take the order however there was no winen on the menu, I ask the waiter to bring wine menu twice, he act like he don't understand and keep trying to communicate me with broken Turkish. He ask me if I want red or white. I told him why don't you bring the wine list than he tried to show the wines on order taking device screen, I ask the price, he told me 14€, I ask him twice he again repeat "fourteen". He brought the wine I taste it, it was not good at all, it was very light color far below avarage quality. I kept the wine because 14€ wine that is acceptable. We ordered 2xQuatro Frommaggio Pizza with extra mushroom, 2x Fetucchini Alfredo and bottle of water. Pizza was good we all like it, Pasta was very bad, cream was too thick and very low amount of Parnesan Cheese, very poor quality, although the tour guide recommend it. We ask the bill, bill was 111€ we got shocked, 8€ cover charge and 42€ for the wine. I call the same waiter and said "you said it was fourteen Euro, on the bill is 42" he said "no I said 40, OK give 40 not 42". The act like they dont understand but believe me it is same scenario for everybody comes with the tour group. While we are sitting there another tour group of Turkish came with tour guide. One lady also said they charged 70€ for the wine even they ask for house wine which should be not more than 25€. Every one was very upset, I called the guide Izzy, he done nothing whatsoever. He keep saying there must be miscommunication. Yes but I still had to pay the...
