Although at first I had a great time, the view was nice, even though it was raining, as soon as I started reading a few pages from my book while I was drinking my coffee, I was rushed to finish my coffee and get out of there. Although there were seats available right in front of me. At the end a nice person from the staff came and tried to be diplomat, and he was nice to us, but the other guys really isn't a tourist person. Or a people person as far as I'm concerned. The zucchini flowers pizza, the coffee and the sweets were good, but that guy totally ruined my brunch.

We ordered pasta and salmon salad from this establishment. There was a moldy tomato in the salad. They told the waiter, he changed the dish and one of the cherry tomatoes was also moldy inside. Lasagna and several other dishes from the menu were not available. rude and unfriendly attitude of the waiter and staff. the toilet is dirty. There was an unpleasant aftertaste from visiting this establishment. I don't recommend it!!!!

The staff was very unfriendly to tourists. We sat at the table outside waiting for someone to come and serve us, but he never came to us. The waiter saw us and just walked past without even giving us the menu! After 30 minutes we had to go inside the restaurant ourselves to order. They clearly don’t like tourists! The pizza was good and the pasta was also very good!

I cannot understand why there are any reviews lesser than 5 stars. I came by here to work before a meeting and (1) they have good Wi-Fi; (2) they are relatively quiet on the indoor space with well spaced tables to work from; and (3) they have vegan cornettos and vegan coffee! ABSOLUTELY was already loving the place and then the kind owner, Massimo, saw me working for a while and offered some water and to my surprise when I said yes came back with some iced tea for me which he didn’t even let me pay for. Super kind people! And then, as if this wasn’t enough, I didn’t realize until after I left that my earphones had fallen on the floor and when I came back in the evening, they had already taken and carefully kept it! I mean, talk about service, kindness and care! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and grazie mille...

The service is very unfriendly, tips are taken for granted. I would not mind self service instead of dealing with lousy waiter! I ordered cold cappuccino and it arrived very sweet, even I never asked for coffee with sugar. I had to chase the waiter to change the coffee. He was arguing that the coffee is not sweet. Then he agreed to change the coffee, and when bringing it to the table he said that I should specify if I want coffee without sugar. We also ordered normal cappuccino that came naturally without sugar. I understand that there are might be mistakes and misunderstandings, but the attitude is what matters! Waiter was very unprofessional. Please, allow self-service. I am done with unpleasant waiters where I need to...

TERRIBLE PLACE!

Go here if you want to be shouted at just trying to order food. Only went there because it was raining and was almost lunch time. These people hate tourists it seems (read the experiences of other 1 and 2 star reviewers here). This strikes me as an odd business plan given their location next to a major tourist attraction. Highly advise giving it a miss. Best bet is to only go to places rated 4.5 or higher on Google Reviews. Even with the odd positive review for this place, they are a long, long way from 4.5/5.0…..

Avoid at all costs. Walk down the road to Bar Rosso (unfairly given 3.9 and should be 4.5 IMO), for great friendly staff, food...
