Hamburgeseria Burger Bar — Restaurant in Rome

After a day of walking in Rome, everyone in my party's feet killing them while we were riding public transit back to our hotel in San Lorenzo. No one wanted to walk very far for dinner, and there were not many options within 500m of the hotel. Then I found this burger place, and we were sold based on the pictures, proximity, and good reviews.

The design of the place is “instagram-worthy”, it has this summery vibe to it. If you want to take pictures I would recommend coming here. Unfortunately, thats the best thing of this cafe. The food is decent, and the drinks portions were a little disappointing for me, personally. Although it has “hamburger” in it’s name the hamburgers were a little too salty and a tiny bit dry, though they do provide you with a bucket of mustard, ketchup and balsamic sauces. Locale molto ben curato nei dettagli. Si vede l’amore dei proprietari e la professionalità. Arredamento rustico, ma di gran gusto: libreria in legno simil “cassette frutta”... porta posate in legno, tavoli stile vintage fatti a mano... e così a seguire: valigia anni 60 che sostituisce l’idea di un tavolino, divanetto molto bello. Ma è evidente che oltre la cura dei dettagli è fondamentale il cibo. A mio giudizio molto buono. Maionese fatta in casa. (Ci si può sbizzarrire: con basilico, con parmigiano e pepe, con il lime, peperoncino ecc ecc). Ho mangiato insieme ad un’amica iraniana alle ore 18.30 (stanca dal lavoro) erano 2anni che mancavo e la carne, la trovo persino più buona ... (e pensare era ottima gia’ allora!!!) polpettine di melanzane squisite accompagnate da un pesto al prezzemolo OTTIMO. La carne (ben 180gr era cucinata alla perfezione. Ed io sono una che si lamenta di solito). Patatine ottime. Non posso nemmeno lamentarmi del vino: un nero d’avola biologico. Gustosissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto (per quantità e tipologia del cibo). Non si può dire che sia particolarmente economico, ma è certo che se uno si aspetta un fast food stile Burger King o mc Donald’s e’ bene che si rechi altrove. Sono molto soddisfatta. Ritornerò.
