Really enjoyed my experience here as the food very fresh and delicious. Italian food is delicious too, but sometimes you need a break and want to have an explosion of flavors in your mouth and Ramen Shifu delivered that. I’m not an expert on what type of exact region of the world is Ramen is from. But as far as taste, presentation and very fresh tasting. I don’t believe any tourist or even local would be disappointed … excellent staff, very attentive and even helped us out as it’s clear as day that we struggled with Italian! If you are an Italian who haven’t eaten any Asian food, then you can give it try. But if you are an Asian or you’ve ever been to any Asian country to have Ramen, you will know this is not what Ramen tastes like. The noodles are not delicious at all because it’s probably not cooked by Asian. What I taste was a misery. The soup of Ramen is way too salty. And the food is not Thai food, it should be Taiwanese food. If the chef doesn’t ever distinguish the difference between Taiwan, Japan, and Thailand, you should doubt the profession of the restaurant. i have been there for two times (which means i really like the ramen there). i have tried both ramen with beef (spicy and not spicy one), and with crispy chicken. crispy chicken one was spicy. but i think i like the beef one’s broth a lot more. we have ordered dumpling with vegetables which was okay, then with shrimps that i dont like. edamame was good too. bun with duck was a little bit too sweet for me. the servise is really fast. interior design is really good and cozy. the toilets...
