This place is amazing. As someone with high food standards, the quality of this ice cream is among the best I've had in Italy. I got four flavors - zabaione which was top notch, absolutely mind-blowing 5/5 stars; yogurt con frutti di bosco 5/5 stars; dulce de leche 4.75/5 stars (the flavor profile was definitely there but the consistency wasn't as smooth as I expected); and mascarpone con cacao e pinoli 4/5 stars (just because I've never had pine nuts in ice cream before and I suppose its an acquired taste. Definitely coming back every day until my flight back to the US. Gracias Sebastian!!!

Best gelato in Rome! Went multiple times in one day, or at least once a day during our stay near the Vatican City. My boyfriend and I tried a majority of the flavors and our favorites were: Mango & Pistachio! Other flavors we enjoyed were Strawberry, Banana, Coffee, Chocolate with the Grapes and Rum, and Hazelnut. It was fun to see the owner’s reaction whenever we went back for gelato (it was quite often).

We also tried the empanadas which were AMAZING! They’re not “ready-to-eat” immediately because the owner cooks it once ordered so we had to come back to pick it up later but it was so worth the wait!! It was so yummy and flavorful. A nice break from all the pasta...
