On a quiet summer night we did not know where to go. I did not want to head to Trastevere, choose a place nearby and settled for a stroll under a cool breeze. The moon smiled on me that night. I found a small quaint unassuming place called Donna Roma. Here I met the most personable waiter I can remember. Ermal walked me through the menu and taught me to take my time. Far Niente at its best. The garlic bread was amazing, the cold cuts came from anamiks that must have been blessed and the sea food must have been cooked by Neptune himself. Please do visit! It is well worth it. Top-notch dining and attentive staff make this our best anniversary dinner yet! Very reasonably priced but truly, not to miss. I was drawn in by the look of the place and then the friendly waiter who spoke multiple languages and had fun joking with us was the best. The focaccia was amazing. All the food was excellent!!
