We wandered in by chance whole staying in the area for a night. The place has a lovely warm atmosphere with beautiful pictures on the walls. The menu is not extensive which is good if you want food prepared properly. We were not disappointed. The waiter and waitress looked like older couple (owners maybe) and prepared salads, dished out desserts and served food. Me and my 3 kids ordered fresh orange juice, straciatella soup, seafood salad, beef steak, pasta and grilled seafood with baked potatoes. The food was absolutely delicious and staff delightful. We finished with desserts and a glass of limoncello. We highly recommend this place. Prices were very reasonable. We even got kisses blown to us from a grand mother as we were leaving. Read moreWe have been in Italy for 11 out of 12 days and this was the best meal we have had. This was a family run restaurant from what appeared to be 3 generations. The server, Santee, the son, was so helpful and perfect on recommendations for what we should eat. Each meal was so good that we were licking the plate. The wine was a perfect pair with the food and the dessert was an amazing fit at the end. We had a seafood and pasta dish with clams, mussels, and shrimp. Perfecto!!! Then we had the spaghetti and bacon that was cooked to perfection, followed with veal marsala that melted in our mouth. Then we had the affogado, that was the cherry on top. The entire family was so nice and pleasant to talk to. Thanks for the perfect ending to our wonderful trip to Italy. If we make it back to Rome we will surely...

The first time we dined here, a local family was celebrating a birthday for a four-year-old girl, and after watching us smile and clap, they sent up a slice of birthday cake! On our third visit, our six-year-old grandson fell asleep, and the waiter and hostess, an grandmotherly-type who had to have been sent from central casting, fluttered around making sure the little guy was comfortable, warned my daughter not to wake her son up and just making us feel we belonged there. The food is awesome. We split pasta and salad dishes amongst ourselves and each ordered entrees. The food was so good I can still remember what it...
