At first, I was glad to see they offered a couple of vegan cornetti and oat milk for cappuccinos—small touches that stood out. Gilma, the staff member who greeted me, was sweet and friendly at first. But the experience quickly turned uncomfortable. She began removing all the silverware and extra condiments from my table and those around me, and even told another customer to be careful with her bag. It felt like I was being targeted, and it cast a shadow over the entire visit. Even more troubling, a man who clearly worked there seemed to be directing these actions from a distance but never stepped out himself. Asking a female employee to act as the “bad guy” while he remained in the background is patronizing. We were recently in Rome in June of 2025 for Jubilee. We were passing by this restaurant when I could not resist the delicious aromas I was smelling. We decided to stop and check it out. Being typical tourists from the U.S., we of course ordered an Aperol Spritz thinking we'd just have an appetizer or small dessert. When I saw what was coming out of the kitchen to other tables, I decided to order. I had the Cacio y Pepe, and it was absolutely delicious. So creamy and so flavorful. And the pasta was cooked perfectly. My partner ordered the Lasagna. The look of the lasagna was different than what you would find in the U.S., but the flavor was FAR superior. Restaurants in the U.S. should mimic this recipe as it is so delicious. Our server was this sweet young lady who took excellent care of us. We are looking forward to going back to Rome next year and re-visiting...

Un'esperienza davvero unica nel cuore di Roma, dove eleganza, professionalità e un servizio impeccabile si uniscono per offrire una serata indimenticabile. Sono capitato per caso in questa location davvero affascinante, un ambiente luminoso e accogliente che invita subito a rilassarsi e godersi il momento. Abbiamo scelto la formula aperitivo, che comprendeva un drink accompagnato da un delizioso tagliere. La qualità dei prodotti era evidente, e ogni boccone raccontava l'attenzione e la cura nella selezione degli ingredienti. La fortuna ha voluto che fossimo presenti anche durante un intrattenimento particolarmente piacevole, così abbiamo deciso di restare per cena, ordinando una pinsa con prosciutto e stracciata. Anche questa scelta si è rivelata fantastica, confermando l'alta qualità del locale. Complimenti sinceri allo staff per aver creato un ambiente dove ci si sente accolti, sereni e pronti a divertirsi. Sicuramente tornerò.

Nel cuore di Sperlonga, una piazzetta suggestiva ospita questo bar che è un vero angolo di paradiso. Qui la qualità non è mai un caso, e lo si deve alla proprietaria, che con la sua attenzione ai dettagli riesce a creare un'atmosfera intima e raffinata. Immersi nella bellezza di questo angolo, abbiamo fatto colazione sotto il caldo sole, gustando un eccellente pezzo di dolce dal sapore irresistibile, accompagnato da una spremuta d'arance freschissima, dolce e ricca di vitamine. I gestori sono due persone estremamente professionali che si prendono cura di ogni aspetto, facendo sentire ogni cliente speciale.
