I went with a friend from Brazil, since he suggested the place. Since I am Mexican, I am very picky about food and before I went I saw the photos. It looked OK, nothing new, always the same food.
The restaurant is close to Termini stazioni and you can walk, arriving at the restaurant it turns out that they have Latin music and there are Latinos there, I loved the super nice terrace, and the attention of all the staff is incredibly good! the place is nice, not extravagant but if you feel the warmth of a latin house.
I'm going to tell you about the food. we ask for everything Quesadillas, tostadas, tacos, drinks and more.
The tacos for me were something new and although they were not Mexican street tacos. They were very tasty, the chicken, beef and pork ones, the quesadilla was delicious with the habanero sauce they have, the tinga tostada the same, and it couldn't be missed that they have Negra Modelo and Modelo Clara, a beer that is one of my favorites to drink in mexico. this place is worth visiting The prices are affordable and the portions of the food are also very large.
this is definitely a hidden gem within Rome that you have to try Don't forget to order your mezcal to enjoy your lunch or dinner, you have mezcalito which was what made me love this incredible place. They just opened 2 months ago and I hope they do amazing. Of course I will return on my next trip...
Read moreAbsolutely the freshest best tacos in town. These are fresh made corn tortillas and served with Honduran meat fillings. The 6 euro nachos and guacamole plate is enough for several to share. The tamarind margarita was sweet and sour. This place has huge potential with a massive amount of spice, great prices, and a full on bar. Plus, the tortilla making station is great to watch. The tacos are filled with marinated meat so you don’t get lettuce, onions, cheese, sauce, nada in the taco. It’s good as it is. The tacos are accompanied by some sauces that you can dip into but they aren’t salsa like in Mexico. Axel, the owner can explain Honduran food to you if you are interested. Otherwise just enjoy. The filled jalapeño poppers are just like in America. The pasteles (empanadas/dumpling) were dressed in tomato sauce which I didn’t like but that’s a personal preference. Most of the dishes cost 6 euro. This place is on the north side of the back of the train station. It’s only been open since January 2023....
Read moreThe place was simply amazing! They have everything you look for in a restaurant. The atmosphere and energy were great, the service made us feel right at home and they were extremely kind. The food was breathtaking and as a meat eater I can say that the vegan tacos were an explosion of tastes! The margaritas were so good that we couldn't stop ordering them and we craved to try more and more of the flavors they are offering. Prices are very friendly, you can eat well within the 10 to 20 euro per person. I cannot recommend this place enough! We visited it 4 times within our 7 day stay and we always came back even though both me and my girlfriend are lovers of Italian cuisine and we were eating out all the time. I give them five out of five with...
