We had a great dining experience at Zero Pizza & Bistro in Piazza Re di Roma. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and a menu that perfectly blends traditional Italian flavors with a modern touch. We tried several pasta dishes, and each one was delicious in its own way. The Cheese, Pepper, and Zucchini Flowers pasta was a pleasant surprise—creamy, well-balanced, and full of fresh flavors. The Artichoke Gricia had a rich and savory taste, with the artichokes adding a nice twist to the classic Roman dish. The highlight of the evening was the Carbonara with Black Truffle Cream, which was absolutely indulgent—the truffle aroma elevated the dish to another level.

To accompany our meal, we enjoyed Aperol Spritz, which was refreshing as always, and a Czech craft beer, which paired well with the rich pasta flavors. The service was attentive, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. The portion sizes were generous, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite. The location, right by Piazza Re di Roma, makes it a convenient spot for both locals and visitors.

This restaurant is one of my favourite restaurants in Rome specially piazza re di Roma .I like the hospitality it’s 200/100 . The staff is super friendly and they recommend me always the suitable food for me as I don’t eat pork so they tell me we have this pizza / pasta without pork even without me asking . I love my morning daily coffee at this restaurant. I highly recommend you to go there because you’ll feel that you are at your place. They gave me free coffe because they thought that I waited more than expected for my pizza to get be prepared. But I didn’t feel that it took too long to be prepared. However, I was happy with the free coffee . They have a good nice variety of drinks specially also they can prepare to you a special drink without alcohol or with as you want . I stayed on Via Pinerolo for a week, and Zero became my late-night eats place. The pizza is fantastic, and there's a huge variety of slices to choose from. They cut it to order and you're charged by weight, so you can have as much or as little of a slice as you want. The crust, in particular, is just so far above and beyond what you get in Canada.
