I have eaten pizza in every region of Italy and this place is definitely not a 4.7 point restaurant! This place should be rated 3.5 to 4. First of all, we ordered a margarita (with mozerrala di bufala) and artichoke pizza and shared it with my friend. In the photo you can see half of the each pizza. When a pizzeria in Salerno is rated 4.7, you definitely expect high quality from both the dough and the bufala. However, both were disappointing for me. The mozzarella was like a factory product and when we cut it, the expected milk did not come out at all. Another thing was that the artichoke pizza came with cubes of pork instead of the ham that was shown in the QR code menu photo and mentioned in the ingredients. We also ordered a salad and a sloppy salad came. The waiter brought olive oil and balsamic vinegar with the salad when we requested it. These should have actually come with the service. Other than that, the restrooms were clean and the tables and chairs looked clean. However, I don't think I will come here again and I recommend you to try...
Read moreI give this place 3 stars for the 3 girls that work there however no matter how good the pizza is (average at best) l feel like giving it 0. As for the boys, they are the worst example of mankind I've seen in a long while. I had a pizza with a friend from Australia who witnessed the pizza maker grab one of his co workers a girl by the throat because she made a mistake retrieving a pizza from the oven or something... she told him off and rightly so but was slapped in the face. My friend intervened and yelled out 'you can't do that, stop it right now'. The pizza maker replied in poor English 'you're in Italy here, this is how we treat women'. There was another guy working at the pizzeria and he just ignored the whole thing, pathetic. The cashier, a girl, was wearing a neck brace, l hope it wasn't from injuries received from working with the mad pizza maker. This is God's truth! The place would be shut down...
Read moreLooks good on pictures but disappointing in person. The dough was ok taste but it was served with a soggy center. The sauce was also ok but lacking of flavor. Finally, the toppings were not as generous or enough as other places. The service was good and they tried to accommodate every table they got. However, with two different waitresses there were a few minor mistakes - we asked for oil and got vinegar, we asked for extra nduja sausage and got the normal amount, we asked for extra fresh mozzarella bufala “dopo la cotura” and got mozzarella already cooked on the dough. (Which is fine if they can’t do any of those, but the waitresses assured us they could accommodate our requests on our order) These mistakes and the less-than-average pizza, made the experience less enjoyable. I would recommend looking elsewhere. The location is great because it is...
