we ordered here at this place and the food came" 1 year later " after we ordered and it wasnt so much to prepare but anyway after thiss ... the first plate has a bigg hair on it that u couldve see it from thrreee miles away ..my boyfriend does never turn back the plates on restaurants but this one was crazy ..how can you not see that ???? .. i work at a restaurant too and we control the plates too many times before giving to the clients .. but this wasntt ITTTT.... after the first plate even the second one had a hair on itttt ..that was crazy as hell .. and it was inside the piadinaa ...my boyfriend was feeling bad ffor turning back the plate again but we couldnt eat that.. i didnt even touched mine bc i was really disgusted by that .. and the cook came to us after we turned that back and with a voice tells my boyfriend that he putted that hair on itt...likw it was so crazyyy..i was shocked ... bc he didnt touched the plate .. i know there are people who maybe do these things but he didnt bc ..what did he profit by that if he didnt even touched it???...im sorry but the lady that came to us ..we are CLIENTSSS she shouldve been just asshaimed and say sorry to us but no..she wass angry and had the audicity to come in front of us when the food and service wasnt even th bare minimum... she shouldnt be employed .. lady i hope u read this and i honestly feel bad for not telling you at the restaurant that ur just a bad smelly womam who doesnt deserves to work in a kitchen at all .. we eat that btw ..ti faccio ricordare questo se non lo sai...

We went for lunch there and the first thing that I can say is that it is a tourist trap and DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!! First we needed to wait almost an hour and a half to all of our food to be served(we order two pizzas, 2 spaghetti with tomato sauce and caeser salad and something to drink). When we asked them why the food is taking so long? The answer was that there isn't enough staff at the moment and we needed to wait. The pizzas looked like frozen from the supermarket and when we ask the server he said that he knows. For the spaghetti when we got our first plate(yes the second one came about 10 minutes after the first one and they were the same) Why do you need 10 minutes between the same 2 dishes of spaghetti when you should be cooking them together!!!!! The salad was ok.For the drinks they were fine. All of the portions were small but the prices were big. After all that we went to confront the cook and the staff but instantly they didn't know English and their body language showed that they haven't got the slidest idea of what has happened. We payed but we aren't going to vist this place again. Also we overheard the people from the other table that they were waiting some dishes for almost two hours.

We would recommend the restaurant owner to look over their capacity and abilities when offering...

Non sono abituata a scrivere recensioni negative perchè spero sempre che si tratti di un caso isolato, ma in questo caso non posso esimermi dal dire che è un posto ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE. La proprietaria è di una scortesia mai vista, dovrebbe dedicarsi ad altro ma non sicuramente ad attività che implicano il contatto con il cliente. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo ordinato una tagliata di pollo (nel menù "Tagliata di pollo a cottura lenta con patatine) e dei nuggets di pollo con chili. Quando sono arrivati i piatti abbiamo subito sentito un odore molto sgradevole che abbia capito essere la salsa sopra il pollo (in nessun modo menzionata nel menu). Era impossibile tenerla nel tavolo, figuriamoci mangiarla. Lo abbiamo fatto presente aspettandoci che, visto l'errore nel menu, lo rifacessero. La proprietaria ha invece sostenuto che fosse normale che ci fosse una salsa non indicata e che quello è il loro piatto forte e ricevono molti complimenti, quindi il problema era nostro. Purtroppo le recensioni confermano il mio dubbio su tale affermazione. Abbiamo lasciamo sia il pollo che i nuggets e ci siamo recati alla cassa, dove la stessa ci informa che il conto è 31.80, ma per venirci incontro avremmo potuto pagare 30. Ordine di: tagliata di pollo, nuggets e un'acqua da 500 ml. Abbiamo pagato 31.80 senza esitare, con la certezza che la prossima volta leggerò sempre le recensioni prima di entrare in un posto. E soprattutto, consiglierei di evitare di bestemmiare e di insultare la gente ( come vedo in tutte le recensioni), sia perché l'educazione mi sembra la base, sia perchè con così tante recensioni negative forse bisognerebbe chiedersi se si tratti di follie dei clienti o di un problema nel funzionamento...
