Not only I was robbed (literally) since I lost my wallet with money, but also the food is overpriced, you can find better in Sirmione. edit: Here are photos of the pie I ordered at the restaurant, and the police report I made (to prove I was at the restaurant). The owner is THREATENING TO SUE ME for false accusations, but she spoke to the staff on the 5th and to the police on the 6th. I reaffirm that my complaint is entirely directed at the owner since, although the incident was not the establishment's fault, the owner was TOTALLY RUDE throughout the entire process. I deeply regret having chosen this restaurant.

Während der Kellner seelenruhig Tische deckte und von links nach rechts schlenderte, würdigte er uns und den Nachbartisch keines Blickes. Nach mindestens 15 min kam er dann endlich um unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen. Mein Mann bestellte ein Bier und ein Bananasplit und ich eine Cola und ein Amarettobecher (in der Karte in einem Becher dargestellt und als Amarettocup bezeichnet). Nach zirka 10 min, wir warteten bei 34 Grad schon ungeduldig auf unsere Getränke, kam der Kellner wieder und meinte nur etwas von "Internet und nochmal bestellen". Nun gut... wir erklärtem dem Herrn nochmals, was wir wollten in der Hoffnung, dass es jetzt mal was zügiger voran geht. Dann endlich kam unsere Bestellung. Mir stellte der gute Mann eine Cola und ein Glas (!) Amaratto hin... 3 mal haben wir ihm in verschiedenen Sprachen versucht zu erklären, dass ich einen Amaretto Cup / COPPA ICE bestellt hatte... dieser zeigte nur auf das Glas und meinte "si, si Amaretto".... der Kellner sprach so wenig Englsich geschweigen denn eine andere Sprache, als dass er unsere Beanstandung hätte verstehen können. Mein Mann bekam sein Bier und ein Bananasplit, der ein absoluter Witz war!! Serviert wurde ein Teller mit ein bisschen Eis und einer Banane, die man unter einer halben Schhüssel dahingeklatschter Sahne suchen musste. Es sah einfach nur aus wie hingeschissen! Ziemlich erzürnt haben wir unsere Cola und Bier getrunken und sind dann nach drinnen, um die Sache mit der Dame an der Kasse zu regeln. Diese verstand etwas mehr Englisch wollte aber auch nicht verstehen, was mit dem Bananasplit falsch sein sollte. Nach einigen Diskussionen brauchten wir dann den Amaretto und das Eis nicht zu zahlen. Ich würde diesen Laden auf jeden Fall meiden! Nie wieder!!

Ideal place to have a decent breakfast if your hotel doesn't have one. Personally, it's even better than the hotel's buffet. I ordered the 'London breakfast' for 14.50 Euros, which includes a big glass of freshly squeezed juice, a cappuccino or tea, a fried egg with bacon, tomato, and a big croissant with four flavors to choose from. It's a very nice and exclusive breakfast! There are four breakfast menus with different prices. The staff was also very nice and friendly. If you compare the bar prices in Sirmione with the ones in Venice, here it's already heaven.

Worst service ever. After 10 minutes, lukewarm toast was brought even though the temperature was 38 degrees, we called the waitress and asked what about the drinks, she brought a campari spritz and forgot the coca cola. We call the waitress again and ask for a drink. Avoid at all costs!

Normally I don't bother with answers, but I have to talk to you. I ordered a toast sandwich, which didn't see the toaster, instead of being hot it was lukewarm with cold miniature ham and cheese. The waitress forgot NOT TO BRING THE DRINK, BUT FORGOT THE ENTIRE ORDER.

We ordered again and then the part of the order was processed. Imagine that we are also employed and we work, but not so unsatisfyingly! SO AVOID...

Honestly so confused with the bad reviews and have read through them and don’t understand what people are saying. I wouldn’t have gone if I listened to them but our experience was very different to what we read.

Me and my wife were very content with our cocktails and food. We also got two pistachio cannolis which were so delicious. When we left we got 6 more. Maybe you pay a little bit more than some places but look at the location. Also it was a nice atmosphere and quite tendy looking inside. No complaints at all. We didn’t order a meal but the food looked good. I recommend their bruschetta. The sandwich was ok but the bruschetta was delicious
