This place had good food and great prices along with very helpful staff. The restaurant was large and spacious, unlike many of the tiny restaurants in Italy which was a nice change to be able to stretch out and not bump into the table beside us. We got a pizza and a pasta to share as well as the bruschetta to start. All was delicious! The best part was how much they cared about my allergy. When I sat down I informed the waiter of my allergy in an Italian translation on paper. He understood but when I tried to order the bruschetta which had a walnut pesto on it, he was concerned and said no because it’s a nut. I tried to explain that I’m only allergic to peanuts and he seemed to understand but his English wasn’t good and he left to place our order. A few minutes later a different waitress comes by with exceptional English. She wanted to confirm walnuts were ok for me. Our first waiter had sent her over to make sure he understood and that the food would be safe for me. I felt very cared for and that they took my allergy seriously. Prices were great, food was great,...

HORRIBLE customer service, I will never return. This review is directed entirely at the middle aged woman with the dark hair at the bar who works the late shift on Tuesday evening. I came in about an hour before close just to get two bottles of water to go. I asked if they accepted visa debit card as I had no euros on me (I had just arrived in Sorrento after traveling internationally). The woman at the bar asked if I had euros to pay with and i said no. She asked again, this time with lots of BAD ATTITUDE, and I again said no sorry i don't because I am traveling..So..She reluctantly ORDERED me, in a very RUDE manner, to go over to a server to pay with my card and then continued to complain in a loud obnoxious voice about me using my card for a small purchase, as the servers laughed. PRO TIP: If it is too small of a purchase, just say no! Don't say yes and then give me a bad attitude over two bottles of water. In a place like Sorrento, I would expect to be treated more professionally than this. i suggest going to a pizzeria with...

This place is disgusting. We had terrible service this evening from the lady behind counter and she stopped my disabled family member from using the toilet. We decided to abandon the food after this. Don't pay your cash here. Travel elsewhere, find better food another place. Plenty of other restaurants will enjoy your money, custom and pleasure to host you.

To your response, I am not mistaken. It was this restaurant. The lady, sent a server after my aunt. He said "the toilet is not available". After this, my aunt returned to us when we viewed the menu and we left. Maybe it was a bad manager (blonde lady on left side of restaurant, who sent a male server, with black hair, after my aunt). We did not stay here for food and...

This place was recommended by our B&B host for pizza and boy was he right. We walked past this place 3 Or 4 times thinking it was just another chain restaurant, boy were we wrong. Great service, low wait time on the food and reasonably priced for the centre of Sorrento. A true test for pizza is to order the classic, a Margherita, and this pizza was good, crunchy outer crust that springs back, the bottom of the base with an even patina of colour, the sauce was rich and flavourful and the cheese was soft and stringy, but not too stringy. Each bite delivered me to Napolitano pizza heaven, paired with a simple local beer and aqua frizzante, the setting within the cinema complex was a great touch too.

This is my favorite restaurant in Italy! We keep coming back whether it be dinner or lunch. The wait staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It is in a convenient location with plenty of space and vegetarian friendly. The food is AMAZING! affordable and great portion sizes. We've had the margarita pizza, caprichosa pizza, pesto ravioli, eggplant parmigiana and tiramisu. The food has so much flavour and is made to perfection. The tiramisu was the best I've had in Italy so far. Highly recommend a visit, I will definitely be returning again.
