Smoothies were good. We got the radical bagel which was just scrambled egg and prosciutto for 16€. Chicken club was much better and creative for less cost. The chairs we sat on outside were not very comfortable.
The two waiters who look like brothers were an absolute nightmare and ruined the whole experience for us. We were in a rush and when we got there they didn't even approach us when we stood by waiting to get seated, we had to ask them for a table after they walked by us 5 times. Finally we were seated and no one came to ask us for our order. More people showed up and the waiters simply ignored our table and just went around taking orders of the new tables that arrived after us. Finally one of them asked if we are ready to order, we said yes and he just left and never came back. Fast forward 5-10 minutes of waving them down every time we make eye contact. It appeared that one guy tells the other guy to take our order and no one is showing up. Finally after everyone else's order has been taken our waiter shows up and takes our order. We tell him we're in a bit of a rush if it's possible to make our food a little faster. He says "no not possible, other orders already went in".
We finish eating and our waiter is just on the phone talking to someone for 5 minutes not making eye contact.
Eventually we ask one of the waiters for our cheque, he says sure let me get it. Fast forward another 10 minutes they are both just walking around taking orders, bringing food out for people as if he just ignored us. We ask one of them again, can you bring us the bill? "Oh we didn't bring it?". Spent over an hour there when we told them we were in a bit of a rush and it was not that busy at the time.
Then they have the audacity to charge a 12.5% service charge (which is disclosed on their menu, I know) after such...

Don’t expect to have the same service twice.
My partner and I dined at radical twice during our stay in Sorrento. The cafe was close to our apartment and the first time we dined we were greeted with smiles and friendly service, which was enough for us to come back a second time.
The second dining experience couldn’t have been any worse! We were greeted by a different staff member who addressed us with no smile, and attitude from the moment we got there. He took our coffee order and unfortunately there was a miss communication about the type of milk we wanted in the coffee, due to the language barrier. We were extremely apologetic and with attitude, he took the coffee and told us it would be replaced without cost. The vide then completely changed from all staff members… We have never been made to feel this unwelcome in a cafe or restaurant ever in our life.
After continually trying to get the waiters attention for over 20 minutes and being completely ignored, he finally came and brought us the bill. After paying quickly because we want to get out of there, we then realised that we had been charged for the extra coffee, which was also put through at a higher rate.
We then got up to leave and due to the leg of the table being right on the edge of the deck, it tip over into the hedge. Nothing on the table broke and we both picked up everything that fell off. There was no assistance whatsoever to help clean up and as we walked out we were stared at with dirty looks by all staff members.
Finally, your food is boring and bland, and the pink fit out is corny and...
Read moreA rare site in Sorrento, we didn’t discover this place until our last day. The staff are so friendly and attentive, with good humour and knowledge of the menu. The food was great, with such a variation of choices, including vegetarian brunch, vegan brunch and gluten free brunch choices.
We stayed for a few hours as we had checked out of our air bnb and the staff were lovely and made us feel comfortable. We had eggs and bacon on toast, and the avo and eggs in toast with smoked salmon. They even brought Tabasco out with the Salt, pepper and cutlery! My only comment on the food would be that the eggs could have been a little warmer on arrival. But they were lovely! We also had an iced latte, and the blueberry and chocolate smoothie. Later had a cappuccino which was one of the best I had had whilst in Italy. They have oat milk, almond milk and other milk alternatives.
This was also the ONLY place that asked us if we had any allergies or intolerances the whole time we had been in Italy. So if you have allergies or dietary requirements, I’d trust this place to take it seriously.
The decor is gorgeous.. I even had to take a pic of the bathroom because it’a just beautiful. Also you will be pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the place. Very clean and tidy.
Our bill came to €45 euros/ £38 for 2 drinks each, bench (on toast) and a cookie each). Very good value for a good good and a great service.
