A really quiet and underrated gem! Fernando, our waiter, was absolutely fabulous – so warm, attentive and kind. He even offered us a taste of the wine before we ordered a carafe, which was great as my sister is new to red wine. We shared the pepper mussels to start – super tasty – and then had the carbonara and caprese gnocchi. The carbonara with beef cheeks was next level. I asked for a simple bruschetta. Tomato and oil. They put bread in the oven and added cheese. I would avoid this place. They can't get simple right. Like McDonald's can't leave the pickle off the burger. Bruschetta was a piece of Russian rye bread with diced cherry tomatoes and not enough olive oil. Luckily there was a bottle on the table.
