The enoteca is very charming- old, classic style with a very nice seating area outside overlooking the street. They have a very big choice of wines per glass, as well as an impressive collection of wines by the bottle. The food was really good- we had the aperitivo plate and it was with high quality and tasty ingredients. The only thing that disappointed me a bit was that the owner/waiter (I’m not sure) was probably in a bad mood as we came. We asked for a recommendation about which wine to choose and he didn’t explain anything, he just showed us the very first choice and said it was ok. It was interesting to taste the Angelica orange wine for the first time: a bit bitter, with sediment and perhaps not served cold enough but still interesting. Read moreWe couldn’t find a vineyard in the area that was open for a tasting so went here hoping for a few good glasses of wine. Instead we had a fantastic experience - they have dozens of good local wines available by the glass and half glass, and were happy to plan a tasting of many of them, based on their recommendations. It’s a great scene too - laid back but on a nice street for people watching. They speak good English and are happy to explain anything. We also bought a few bottles - reasonably priced....
