Pizzeria Number One Trieste — Restaurant in Trieste

We visited the place yesterday — the food was decent, and the pizza was actually quite good. Encouraged by that, we went back again today. Unfortunately, this time the experience was very disappointing. We waited in line for 20 minutes without anyone from the staff approaching us or letting us know how long the wait would be. We felt completely ignored.

Then, after those 20 minutes, a group of nine Italian guests arrived and were seated immediately. When we complained, the staff simply replied in Italian without offering any explanation or apology.
