Terrible experience!!! It wasnt my first time eating here and actually was loving the white chocolate ice cream with raspberry but 3 days ago i went there to eat ice cream again and ordered salted caramel and strawberry cheesecake.The salted caramel order was right (It was way too salty but anyway) but the strawberry cheesecake wasnt, it tasted like yoghurt and then i checked the menu and there were a ice cream flavor called yoghurt with honey and nuts, i told to the saleswoman who served me that “this ice cream tastes like yoghurt”she was talking with a customer which i think she might be her friend and then she responded me like “its cheesecake what do you expect it to taste like” in italian with a really scornful way and her friend copied her attitude and told the same things to me.I wasnt waiting for the right scoop of strawberry cheesecake ice cream but at the very least she could have said sorry!!!Cause there were pieces of the nuts and she didnt even check the ice cream.What a big shame on a professional business like that! If you go in the winter months, what sets this place apart from the rest is the quality of its zabaglione (a sort of dairy free Italian Eggnog): absolutely delicious and faithful to the traditional recipe. Ice cream is also very good, but that's much more common in Turin. The place itself is very small and there is very, very little room inside to sit down and enjoy your ice cream or other order. It is also on the pricier side, but do consider that this is the absolute center of the city and a popular tourist spot. Premetto che il gelato è molto buono e frequento questa gelateria da parecchi ani. E' possibile fare una tessera, gratuita, che permette di avere un cono piccolo in omaggio ogni 10 acquistati. Quando però accade come stasera, che il cono omaggio cui avevo diritto non sia un cono vero (piccolo, da 3 eur) ma sia un assaggio di cono di dimensioni ridicole (solo perchè non era stato pagato) beh.. mi sembra alquanto fastidioso e suona parecchio di presa in giro. L'ho anche fatto notare alle due ragazze, che mi hanno guardato come se le avessi beccate in flagranza e si sono pure risentite della cosa. Abbiamo preso altri due coni da 3,50 quindi le proporzioni era facile farle. A questo punto preferisco pagare il cono e averne uno normale. Se questo è l'effetto tessera, specchietto per le allodole, forse meglio che togliate l'opzione. Ho anche la vostra tessera caffè, ma non mi sembra che diate un caffè ristretto quando lo stesso è in omaggio. Veramente un comportamento poco serio, che non mi sarei mai aspettata da + di un gelato. Per fortuna Torino è stracolma di gelaterie altrettanto buone e con personale più professionale.

Sono tornata da voi, nel pomeriggio dell'8 luglio. Sempre peggio... 2 clienti da servire, 3 ragazze dietro il bancone, impiegate a fare chissachè. Pago con Satispay, e siccome sono impegnate a far altro non se ne accorgono e mi dicono che non ho pagato... continua la saga dei coni sempre più piccoli, di un gelato che va mangiato in un sol boccone altrimenti si scioglie subito e ciliegina sulla torta: l'umiliazione di dover chiedere (quasi ad elemosinare ed implorando) un biscottino sul cono per chi mi accompagna. Sono appena rientrata da Venezia.. gelateria dietro Rialto, prodotto delizioso, che ho potuto mangiare con calma senza che mi si sciogliesse in mano, biscottino senza chiedere, cortesia, quantità di gelato abbondante e niente... + di un gelato per me e per chi lo frequentava con me...
