Pokè Sunrise — Restaurant in Turin

We were visiting Turin on our trip in Piedmont region. Decided to make a stop for some drinks and appetizers. A lady from our group took a chair and we were looking at a large display menu. A guy from this place asked what we want and we said we want drinks. He replied that without food purchase they do not serve drinks. The restaurant was almost empty with outside seating. I was surprised that there was a lady seating with just a glass of beer. We pointed out at her and servant still smiled and said no food no serving of drinks. We just moved to the restaurant across from them called Pescaria Pescatori in Cucina and enjoyed a round of drinks served by very pleasant restaurant owner. Then we staid for nice seafood tapas and more drinks. The Poke restaurant remaind empty while we enjoyed our late lunch watching them continue to suffer without any customers. I went here yesterday with my family, and we had a great experience. My brother and I both have celiac disease, but the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. They offered gluten-free options, including gluten-free soy sauce and crispy onions, which was a pleasant surprise. We all ordered poke bowls tailored to our preferences, and the food was fresh and flavorful. The prices were very reasonable too — cocktails were only €6!

Servizio pessimo ordinato alle 19 e 40, su Just Eat presso questo ristorante, dava consegna stimata 20 e 50 al massimo, improvvisamente vedo sull'app orario cambiato alle 21 e 50. Chiama prima la mia compagna per avere spiegazioni e la ragazza gli ha risposto trovando una scusa non avere che non avevano ricevuto l'ordine, ma dall'app c'era la conferma dell'ordine, richiamo io, perché la cosa non mi convinceva ha cambiato versione dicendo che l'ordine l'hanno ricevuto ma il rider di Just Eat non c'erano che non si erano visti, che l'ordine era già pronto da parte, quando io arrabbiato ho detto che se non ricevevo l'ordine entro i tempi previsti volevo il mio dovuto rimborso. Visto che ho speso quasi 34 euro, avevo tutte le mie ragioni. La ragazza risponde che loro non ci guadagnano tanto con gli ordini fatti su Just Eat, allora non mettete servizio di asporto, ore 21 e 50 alla fine è arrivato il rider di Just Eat, dopo varie chiamate tra ristorante e Just Eat.
