I visited your restaurant and ordered a sandwich from the menu.I requested an additional ingredient to be added to my sandwich. Unfortunately, the staff member who attended to my order responded with what I perceived to be a mocking tone. They made a joke at my expense, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

As a customer, I believe that every individual, regardless of their food preferences or modifications, deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy. This incident not only affected my experience at your establishment but also left me questioning whether I should continue patronizing your establishment in the future.

All'Antico Vinaio penso non abbia bisogno di presentazioni. Il prodotto principe è una fantastica schiacciata ripiena di salumi e altri ingredienti regionali e stagionali. A Torino si trova in centro accanto a Palazzo Nuovo, sede dell'Università di materie umanistiche. Arrivati ci si trova quasi sempre una nutrita fila che fa capire che non si rimarrà delusi. Comunque l'attesa non è mai eccessiva. Il locale ha un enorme bancone che mostra tutti gli ingredienti che vengono usati e un discreto numero di tavoli sia all'interno sia all'esterno. Cosa importante da ricordare è che è possibile sedersi solo dopo aver ritirato il proprio ordine per garantire un posto rapido a chi deve mangiare. Una volta entrati e arrivato il proprio turno, è possibile ordinare una delle schiacciate presenti a menù direttamente al bancone e poi recarsi a pagare mentre viene preparata. Si può scegliere tra circa una trentina di schiacciate farcite con i più svariati ingredienti. Come base c'è appunto la fantastica focaccia calda che trovo fantastica anche da sola. Come ingrediente principale c'è un salume tra i tanti della tradizione italiana (sbriciolona, porchetta, salame, pancetta, etc.) o un formaggio per le versioni vegetariane (gorgonzola, stracchino, stracciatella). A completare una ottima scelta di creme, salse, verdure e ortaggi, granelle. Se non si è soddisfatti delle proposte classiche, è possibile scegliere personalmente gli ingredienti da mettere dentro la focaccia. A seconda della stagione o del periodo vengono proposte schiacciate speciali e con prodotti locali (salsiccia di Bra, tome, etc). I prezzi vanno da 7 a 11 euro circa, ma per le dimensioni e la farcitura della schiacciata ne vale assolutamente la pena, fidatevi. Da bere è possibile scegliere tra acqua, birre, bibite varie e una selezione di vini. Il personale è simpatico e gentile, bravi ragazzi. Personalmente non perdo mai l'occasione di fare un salto all'Antico Vinaio quando sono in zona e ho voglia di fare un pranzo o una cena veloce e appagante. Adoro veramente queste schiacciate tanto che l'ultima volta ne ho mangiate addirittura due. Per me assolutamente da provare...

I do not think Is there anything more to add towards Antico Vinaio' sandwiches with Schiacciata, amazing. Went for the one with gianduja paste, a bit spicy but very tasty, and the schiacciata was extraordinary. Tried it in every major city from Italy I have visited, Rome, Naples, Torino. The price is almost the same everywhere. In Torino the shop is located near the campus, right next to the students dorms. Gave 4 stars for atmosphere since it was pretry basic inside and the refrigerated windows were kind of empty, otherwise, tasty and very good amount of stuff for the price...
