McDonald's Torino Porta Susa Stazione — Restaurant in Turin

The place itself is not bad, it is also (strangely) very clean, but the negative note is the time that takes to get your order. Actually, I can understand, because when I went there (a Thursday afternoon) there were not so many people serving and it is totally understandable that managing a large number of orders with a few people is not easy, at all! Having said that, when you are on a rush and you need to take the train, waiting for 10/15 min (with other few people waiting though; I really hope they have more staff available during peak times) is...

Se c'è una cosa che mi infastidisce è perdere le offerte dell'app perché c'è qualche problema non segnalato per tempo. Mi era già successo in un McDonald's più piccolo, di paese (quindi in qualche modo giustificabile), di "bruciare" il coupon del sundae per poi scoprire che "la macchina del gelato era rotta", senza ovviamente nemmeno delle scuse serie o qualche altra offerta in cambio. Non mi aspetto questo da un locale nella zona centrale di Torino, cioè che durante la settimana in cui escono dei nuovi panini sia impossibile acquistare tali burger (dopo aver bruciato, dunque sprecato, il coupon) perché è...finito il pane? Non ho nemmeno voluto commentare la stupidità della scusa con la cassiera perché non avevo né tempo né soprattutto voglia, quindi ho preso altro. Però è assurdo, e non è la prima volta che questo McDonald's risulta mal fornito (e peraltro non solo a me). Inoltre si tratta di un fatto accaduto la sera presto, non alla chiusura, dove ciò sarebbe stato decisamente più comprensibile. La cosa è aggravata dal fatto che i prezzi nelle stazioni sono maggiorati, e la qualità del servizio è decisamente più scadente. A volte il personale è inquietante e scorbutico, soprattutto la sera. Non c'è il servizio al tavolo, e non capisco perché ci sia un totem al piano di sopra se tanto non è possibile far arrivare lì gli ordini...

Bad quality of cooked cheeseburger results in cheese never warm let alone melted inside the burger. Went to ask for a warm up showing that my burger was stone cold and got served the same actual burger with ingredients rearranged without any warm up applied.

The place is not making any recycling. Saw the staff throwing all the trash in one big bin instead of separating as portrayed.

Gave up and went away...
