Stepping into Napples feels like a brief jaunt to Naples, courtesy of its vibrant, industrial ambiance and authentic offerings. The evening started with a Gran Assaggio Di Sfizi, a delightful sampler that offers a vegetarian-friendly tour of traditional flavours. Each bite was a testament to the kitchen’s prowess, though the liberal use of olive oil was notable, albeit not overshadowing the exquisite taste of eggplant which was particularly memorable.
Moving on to the main course, the Vegetariana Pizza presented a simple pleasure, beautifully executed. The pizza dough boasted the ideal Neapolitan texture—soft, moist, and slightly chewy, forming a perfect base for the fresh toppings. While it may not claim the crown for the best pizza in town, it certainly offers value for money, which is a significant draw.
However, the journey ended on a less triumphant note with the Tiramisu, which promised more than it delivered. The dessert was disproportionately heavy, lacking the airy fluffiness one expects from whipped mascarpone. Instead, it was overly dense, which meant that after two bites, I could venture no further.
The service throughout was prompt and friendly, adding a welcoming touch to the meal. Despite the dessert not being to my liking, the overall experience was satisfying. The pricing strategy and ambiance add to the appeal, ensuring that Napples remains a commendable choice for a casual Italian meal. Booking is recommended for dinner, as this spot can get quite busy. I left content, if not completely enchanted, giving Napples four stars, with hopes that future visits might see a lighter touch on the...

He was rude from the beginning and answered badly to my girlfriend for no reason instead of telling us politely that we could not move them. According to him it was due to covid restrictions, according to the Italian government, Turin was a yellow zone and there were no restrictions of this nature in place. The pizza was not great, very thin in the middle and lacked flavor and salt. If you want to eat good pizza and be treated like a human being don't go to this restaurant, there are...
Read moreMy husband and I were in Turin for vacation. We found this restaurant just down the street from where we were staying.
We loved it! We had takeout three nights in a row. We each tried a different pizza every night. Of the three that I ate, it was hard to pick a favorite, all were excellent.
They are quick, friendly and make a fantastic pizza. I especially liked their red sauce, it was one of the best I’d ever had.
I was also fortunate enough to finally get to try Delizia al Limone. I had wanted to try that since I saw it on the first episode of Stanley Tucci's food tour of Italy. That was also fantastic.
I would highly recommend trying this place if you are...
