Mixed experience. The bottle of wine we drank was undoubtedly one of the best I've drank, truly delicious. However, when we ordered food 5 minutes later we were told that most of the menu, beyond cold cheese/ meats, were not an option for us as the kitchen was too overrun with orders and it wouldn't be possible. We had already ordered the bottle of wine and were very hungry, so just ordered what we were allowed to. The plates we did get were of course delicious - the piadina, oysters, meats/ cheeses etc.
Meanwhile, people seated well after us were brought hot dishes we weren't allowed to order. We dared to order another oyster and were told it would be very difficult, but they did bring us one. 20 minutes later, another table ordered 4 oysters with no apparent issues!
Complicated experience which is a shame, but I'd recommend to come only for a drink and not when you are hungry. We should have been told food wasn't an option as soon as we arrived and were...
Read moreSuper great food, but the service was inconsistent and questionable. Things were generally fine upon arrival, allergies were cleared and handles very professionally. At a point we noticed that other tables were given bread, and we weren't. Other tables had wine coolers for their white wines, we didn't. Ever since a waiter cleared after our main courses, we felt 100% forgotten. Despite that we had a table just by the entrance, and waiters walked past every 2 minutes. No one ever came to ask is we wanted cheese or desserts, we were not asked if things were fine. After at least 45 minutes of being forgotten, we decided to just pay our bill go elsewhere for desserts. I did notice that they were very busy this evening, but personally I think it's a shame to be too busy to provide service, especially for people who booked a table in advance. It ended up being kind of a...
