Every dish we ordered was simply amazing. We started with one appetizer (Vitello Tonnato) and two first courses (Plin di Seirass and Fagotto alla Campidanese) because we weren't too hungry but they were all so delicious we decided to order a second course dish too (Filetto di maiale) and two desserts (Millefoglie di Carasau Caramellato and Fragole Vermouth). I have never been in a restaurant where every dish is incredible but here it surely was. The staff is also very friendly and can always explain how each dish is made and what it comprises. The price is in line with many other restaurants in Turin but the food quality is so much higher, I totally recommend it. They also change the menu every two months so you always have food and vegetables according to the season. The Millefoglie...

If you are looking for a restaurant with a creative twist on traditional Pietmontese dishes, this is the place to go. We ate here twice while we were in Turin and were delighted both times. Our favorite dishes were the slow cooked egg over asparagus with a cheese sauce and the tajarin pasta sauced with a hare ragu and summer truffle. We also really liked the capocollo of slow cooked pork. The second night we ordered the plin, filled with sea bream with a sauce of pistachio pesto and lime. The spaghetti with garlic chili oil and prawns was outstanding. The wine list highlights Piemontese offerings, and we were introduced to two lovely wines from the Nizza region, by the very knowledgeable and charming female sommelier. The service is outstanding, friendly, and...

What a wonderful discovery, what a gem! Great food and outstanding service! I was impressed by the attention they give to the customers, explaining every little detail of the dishes on the menu. But the cherry on top was the wine list! One of the owners is also the wine expert there, the patience he had and the stories about his search for the best wines, simply amazing! Grazie Michele and team! This is a huge reason why I'm sorry that I don't live in...

It's a nice walk to the restaurant from the city center. The decorations inside is artistic and sober. The waiters were super nice, attentive, came at the right moment and were passionate about the dishes and wine served . The food was excellent, you have traditional meals like vitello tonato, but also quirky dishes like a pie with cardoon. It's well plated and delicious.
