Siamo andati a vedere la mostra alla mole di Tim Burton e alla fine affamati cerchiamo dove mangiare tipicamente Piemonte.... Vaghiamo per la città, ma nulla: o chiuso oppure pieni. Approdiamo qui. Una pasticceria che propone primi piatti. Scegliamo di mangiare i bucatini con le sarde e finocchietto selvatico. La cottura della pasta buona, anche se l'avrei preferita più al dente, abbondante il finocchietto selvatico, anche se sarde, pinoli e uvette non pervenute, ovvero decisamente scarse. Il pangrattato un po' troppo unto.. forse una recensione severa del piatto, anche se nel complesso è stato piacevole. Accompagnato da un calice di bianco (scarso) e un servizio simpatico e cordiale. L'ambiente haime è molto squallido, anche se la metratura si presterebbe a un bel locale accogliente. Il banco dei dolci non invita...
