Ramen fusion — Restaurant in Turin

Omg!! The best experience ever! The food was absolutely delicious, and I will definitely be visiting again! The staff were incredibly nice and friendly—they even offered us coffee on the house after our meal! Some of the staff spoke English, which was a great plus. The cashier was super kind too, making the overall experience top-notch!

The restaurant’s design was stunning and really captured the atmosphere of Japan, adding so much to the experience. The prices weren’t too expensive, and for the quality of the food and service, it was completely worth it.

We tried the miso ramen, chicken karage and chicken gyoza. The miso ramen was alright, but definitely did not have depth of flavour I’d expect in the broth. Also the toppings were a bit problematic, with the dried out fried chasu slices and excessive amounts of bamboo shoot. The karage was a bit over fried as well, and as it cooled, became drier and drier, increasingly and inedible. The gyoza tasted like they were ready made, frozen, but they were prepared as expected. Incredibly nice staff who greeted us with open arms and great service despite that they were visibly stressed by the pace of the evening. We were starving after having spent many hours outdoors in the cold and they filled our bodies with warm food. I usually always take pictures of the food but I simply forgot due to hunger. They made vegan adaptations for me on two courses and treated us with candy mints and sake after dinner. A wonderful...
