so good and authentic pizza/sandwhich/food! we came here for lunch during our times at lake como and i gotta say it did not disappoint. The pizzas were sooo good and a decent prize for a really good portion! Service was nice and they even have a bathroom to use if u need. (Just outdoor tables may have ants and bees flying around sometimes on tables but like one or two…) Wish I tried their tiramisu but i was so full from the pizzas lol but i would come back next time and recommend for anyone coming into lake como! (but tables are limited and it may take a while to get one depending on how many ppl are there)

El personal mas grosero y el peor servicio del mundo. Llegamos mi familia y yo a comer, somos 6 personas, habían solo 2 mesas de 2 lo entendimos, pero la mesera insistió en que no podíamos sentarnos aunque fuera separados, lo cual no tuvo sentido. Opté por colocar mi sombrilla en la mesa porque estaba cargando muchas cosas al mismo tiempo, la mesera tomó mi sombrilla y la lanzó a una silla diciendo que nos fuéramos todos de ahí y que no podía atendernos. Procedió a gritarnos y a maldecirnos con groserías! El peor lugar! Como turista mexicana, NO VAYAN! The rudest staff and the worst service in the world. My family and I came to eat, we are 6 people, there were only 2 tables of 2. We understood, but the waitress insisted that we could not sit even if we were separated, which made no sense. I chose to place my umbrella on the table because I was carrying a lot of things at the same time, the waitress took my umbrella and threw it at a chair saying that we should all get out of there and that she couldn't serve us. She proceeded to yell at us and curse at us! The worst place! As a Mexican tourist, DO NOT GO!

We were standing in the line with pregnant woman for to enter the restaurant. So waitress was very unpolite, we were trying to sit on the table, but waitress wanted other people to sit first🤷‍♀️ they came later than us, we were asking to understand, let us to sit but she said: “no, you can go to the other restaurant in front”. Very rude and so disappointing. We were waiting in the line like 20 minutes, and the waitress said us to wait until it will be free. And when it became free, waitress said oh no, wait more. Ask the young waitress, even barmen, he knows as well we were...

Bad experience: We were 4 persons and we were about to sit, so we accommodate 2 additional chairs in a table with no sun ( was a hot day ). Suddenly the waiter start complaining that we cannot do it ( very rudely ) without even taking the time to understand why we were doing it. so we prefer to go to other place. I think the owner of the place ( or administrator) should hire people with the capacity of thinking and see a little bit more than...
