Excellent stay in Varenna at Lake Como for big families

Liked · The 3 level accommodation was exceptional for housing 2 families with 4 adults and 5 little kids. All amenities were provided, thereby making the stay very comfortable

Some of the exceptional points included : Milk, eggs,bread, Spices, Olive oil and many other things were provided as compliments ! This made it very easy to manage the munchkins ! There were many board and card games which the children could play. The host Liz was exceptional in answering questions. The replies were instantaneous, and much information was given to us when we asked on whatsapp. She gave us info on rental cars, taxi persons, tour maps, etc. thereby displaying excellent customer service.

Disliked · There is one bedroom with a partial low ceiling protruding, which can hurt the head if not careful while getting up. But I am not letting it...
