We were initially told to start at the bar while waiting for outdoor seating at the restaurant(ostaria da rioba), and that both the bar and restaurant were part of the same family business. However, when we moved to the restaurant’s outdoor seating, the bar discarded our food and wine without asking us.
After moving to the restaurant, we were also informed that each person must order at least one course. While we don’t mind ordering, it would have been much more helpful if this had been clearly explained from the beginning.
