Very rude service initially and ignored for quite some time which was so incredibly awkward as I was a paying customer (if I hadn't been so hungry and travelled all that way just to go to this particular place for the GF menu, I absolutely would have left), then service was just ok when I had to request a table for dine-in. I only went for the gluten free menu- I read in another review that potentially the lasagna is heated up frozen schar lasagna, which I wouldn't be surprised but can't confirm this. Schar has a frozen GF cannelloni which happens to be on their menu too. I absolutely would not recommend going out of your way just to dine at this particular restaurant (definitely not worth it), but if you happen to be nearby and starving, the meal itself was just ok. I personally wouldn't dine there again based on the initial impression of the service itself and mediocre food. I think they're only in business because of location and clearly not because of the food or service, it seems as though they don't really care about their customers, so maybe the same sentiment can be reciprocated, as a paying customer there are far too many other choices in restaurants in venice to choose from that you can absolutely go elsewhere and have a...
Read moreHorrible service. The kind waitress helped us with directions even though she said she wasn’t allowed to because her boss said her helping out isn’t benefiting them. We then made sure to come back for dinner as a thank you. When I asked for a typical Venetian meal while we were still making our order, the manager waved me off and said he wouldn’t change my order. He didn’t bother to tell me what a typical Venice meal was. They then went ahead to ignore us. Food was very expensive and below average. A runny sorbet. Shame. That was the one and only negative experience we had in our time in...

We loved the place and hope to...
