Halal restaurant, but not halal behavior.

Regarding the food: it is at best mediocre to rather poor. For this, I would give a maximum of 2 out of 5 stars. Also, a lot of alcohol is sold here, which suggests that Halal is only intended for tourists and not out of personal conviction.

And when you try to order, you're told that half of the menu isn't even available.

But now to the staff. In the restaurant, there's a sticker on the window (see photo) advertising that card payment is offered in any form except American Express. When I wanted to pay by card, the employee said "no card payment possible, only cash". After we scraped together our last money and paid, a man immediately after us ordered and paid by card. When I asked him why he lied to us, he said "only Italian cards work".

I'd rather eat vegetarian at an honest Italian restaurant than at a dishonest "Muslim" one. And all Italian restaurants were honest.

Definitely not...

One of the worst experiences I've ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. I'm not one to write reviews but I've also never been this disrespected.

We walked in and there were 4 people who ordered before us. It took 1 whole hour, without exaggeration, to for us to get 3 burgers. The employees were insanely disorganized and when i told them I've been waiting for 40 mins, I was told, "No one else in front of you is complaining so why are you. If you want fresh food, you need to wait or take your money back and take your business elsewhere." Not even the most ghetto of employees at a Mcdonalds were as rude as this man. And when I saw him starting to make my food, it took him exactly 5 mins to follow down a line and pick my food out of 4 containers that were out there since I walked in.

Food: very average with lots of sauce. But service and wait time made it...

RUDE individual running the place. DON'T GO! Complained we were taking too long though my young son was slowly eating. We waited ten minutes for him to make the bland chicken which was tasteless. Then my son ate for half an hour and he randomly comes up to us and says we are taking too long to eat and can only stay one hour. We at most were there for 40 minutes including time waiting for food. He was targeting us since likely non-italian/tourist/minority.

He serves halal food but then is rude to people who are minorities/muslim. After he said that one of the locals just got up and left too after witnessing his behaviour. I am sure he would never speak to a local this way which is a shame since the guy himself is a minority/immigrant.

Food is also bland. Fries were ok...
