We went there yesterday to have lunch as their other restaurant was full. My spaghetti al nero were really nice and so were the gnocchi with duck ragu. How've the lasagna was dry, tasteless and the portion was small. It fell apart when you cut it so in the end the pasta was left alone, all the fillings in the plate. We paid 66 for that, once water and 2 cokes. When we were eating (in front of the counter as they refused to give us a table outside even though there were some free ones and other prime were eating outside and no one was queueing, we saw how they handled the food behind the counters. All with their hands. A couple is the waitress and the chef who came out of the kitchen had colds and kept blowing their nose. Still they did not wash their hands before moving food from one plate to another using their hands. No forks, gloves, nothing. They all seemed to smoke (at least 2 of the 3) and keep going outside to smoke cigarettes but when they're came in they brought the smell with them. Again, no washing their hands. If they scratched their head, or face, same thing. I'm not very squeamish but I really disliked seeing all that when we were eating. At night we went to another place where we had 3 course meal for €13 (meat) or €16 (fish) with bottleded water included that was a lot tastier. We saw in other places 3 course meal for €13 or €15 euro but that was after we ate. I do not recommend this place based on the hygiene I could see, abs this was with customers in...

Went for a Dinner reservation at 21:00 on a Monday and was seated outside. Reserved through google, there was a no-show fee of around 40 euros (IIRC) which IMO is way too much Inside felt like an oven and there was no internet signal, but luckily we were seated outside. Sadly this meant we sat alongside smokers and had to battle mosquitos. Menu was on a QR code, but sadly it wasn't working properly. It showed options that weren't really available, it was missing options that were available (e.g. empty Drinks menu), and though it claimed that you can actually order through it, you can't. More of a personal thing - there were only 2 options on the menu that didn't include sea food: Tagliatelle with Truffles, Pork Ribs eith Honey. Sadly we were told they were out of Pork Ribs so wr had to order the Tagliatelle. They were also out of Tiramisu and out of Coke. Bread was old, dry, and hard, felt like eating a piece of carsboard. Was served without any oil or even a plate. The table itself was crooked and came close to flipping over a few times. The Tagliatelle was bland and way too oily. Tasted worse then what I can cook at home with pre-made super market Pasta. The dessert we ended up ordering (don't remember the name) ended up being great but sadly it was served with forks and not spoons. Overall service was super slow. When finished we were asked to come inside to pay as the machine didn't connect from outside...

We came here for dinner and cicchetti after enjoying the same a previous year pre concert visit. Unfortunately for some reason this year the food was a real disappointment- the vegetable lasagne had simply been reheated and was cold in parts and inedible. When the cicchetti selection came (we ordered lots of different varieties to try) most of it was just lukewarm and either greasy - the spiedina a patate, torte a espinaci or like a cold flavourless stodge - polpette tuna, carne and spada. Which was just disappointing overall. The waiting team were very different to the previous visit and seemed more haphazard, so they hadn't come to check on us and had forgotten our drinks etc - perhaps because they'd seated us in the back corner? We ate what we could because we were hungry but did mention to the staff our disappointment at the cold and reheated plates when it came to pay. They did say sorry but said we should have told them - except we couldn't because no one came to ask.... Unfortunately we were both ill with bad tummies and some sickness when we got back to the accommodation so it was an expensive waste of euros. Needless to say...

Amazing dinner from start to finish. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared with delicious flavors. Would recommend asking for a table outside if available as the inside is a bit cramped. We started with a mixed seafood antipasti (omg, the octopus was SO TENDER) and then I had the linguine with mussels (clams were unavailable as the fish market was closed, per the waitress) and my partner had the gnocchi. We finished every bite. Drinks were very affordable, with $5-6 euro beers and $4 euro wine. We had all this food, 3 beers and a glass of wine for 75 euros. If you’re looking for a place that has food pictures and English menu then this isn’t the place for you. But we appreciated their simplified Italian menu and the waitress politely translated each menu item for us before we ordered. It shouldn’t be expected to be in English anyway and we could have used our phones to translate if needed. This is a casual, no frills place with high level food. For amazing seafood, look no further than this place. 👍🏻
