We were hungry &thirsty , and we were tired. This place just outside the bitten track has come as a Godsent. We were well feed, some in our little group even couldn't finish their portions, generous indeed. Maybe we shouldn't have ordered the beer before meal, but the drink on offer was marvelous. I should mention about my favorite- it is gorgonzola sauce on potates, absolutely delicious ! And the ambiance inside- cool, minimalist, but with hints of great taste. Also, the service was outstanding, and the owner -Pino and front of house- Cornelia could not been more attentive to customers needs. As we were to head to airport shortly, we decided will grab some filled with yamyes focaccia just in case (declined by my son on spot, who said had enough)). Boy, it almost started a family riot in the plane, it was so good and obviously not enough for all 😊 Don't have to mention, but for the benefit of fairness I will- if you happen being Verona, are hungry, thirsty and would like a place to enjoy a meal, look no further - go to Pino's Potatoes!

Can't begin to explain how amazing this place was. The food: fresh, local, and so flavorful. The focaccia was so crispy and flavorful without being heavy. The food is super filling and priced fairly. Now for the staff/ owners- AMAZING! The girl who helped us was super patient and informative of all that they have. She was able to help us in English (sadly we only speak Spanish, English, and German - no Italian 😞) My overall recommendation, step out of the center and have lunch (or dinner) at this local spot. You won't regret it.

I asked them to pick everything on my Focaccia. The flavors were fantastic and the portions are more than generous. It's a quick divert off the normal tourist path but well worth the stop.

My partner and I are great foodies, while on holidays we always research good food and restaurants. I can definitely recommend Pino's Potatoes. Shortly after our arrival, the shop got a bit crowded and we had to wait for our order. We didn't mind the waiting at all, we were not in a hurry. But the friendly waitress gave both of us a small portion of gnocchi as an excuse though we didn't even complain, so very nice service. The gnocchi were the best we ever had, super fluffy, fresh and yummy. The focaccia was awesome, too! Everything super fresh, crispy, delicious. The potato chips on top of the focaccia are a nice twist. A very good amount of super delicious toppings to chose from. Also the shop itself was welcoming, super clean, bright...
